"The celebrations for our Patron Saint are a very important event for our city - states Mayor Vincenzo Servalli - They represent an identifying moment for our community. Cava de' Tirreni has recognized and relied on the protection of its Patron Saint for centuries. They are very satisfied with the work that saw all the councilors involved, each with their own skills, in particular thanks to Prof. Armando Lamberti who, as always, took care of all the organizational aspects of the civil program, from the illuminations, with great dedication and passion , at concerts, at shows".
The Rector Father Adriano Castagna illustrated the religious program, organized by the Philippine Fathers, which will be held from 7 to 13 September at the Pontifical Basilica Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Olmo, with the Eucharistic celebrations starting at 6 am and continuing until 10 pm.
